Supporting Spiritual Activities

The Pastoral Department of the Baptist Community in Central Africa (BCCA) plays a central role in the spiritual life of the church. Each pastor contributes according to their role: This includes organizing worship services, overseeing ministry activities, and supporting church members’ spiritual growth.

Since its establishment, the Pastoral Department has ensured that the church operates in harmony and that members grow in their faith, while supporting all church activities in alignment with BCCA’s mission.
